The Mindful Path is a free, six-week mindfulness program created for people navigating cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.
Developed from Dr. Punam Rana’s work as a medical oncologist and mindfulness teacher, the program combines short teachings, guided meditations, reflection guides and practical tools to support fear, uncertainty, sleep, stress and emotional well-being.
No previous meditation experience is needed.
Where medicine meets everyday life
As a medical oncologist, epidemiologist and certified meditation teacher, my work explores the intersection of medicine, mindfulness and the way we live—from cancer care and stress physiology to lifestyle medicine, motherhood and the daily habits that shape our health.
I bring together clinical medicine, research and mindfulness to make these ideas practical, accessible and human.
