As a medical oncologist, a certified meditation teacher, and mother of 4 young children my goal is to help people achieve optimal health and wellness through cancer prevention, mindfulness, and holistic practices. New treatments are allowing cancer patients to have better outcomes than ever before. But the goal isn’t just to live longer. It’s to live better. And that’s where my passion lies- encouraging cancer patients to experience a sense of wellbeing throughout all the stages of their journey.

Through this blog, I share practical tips and advice on how to live a healthy and balanced life- from nutrition and exercise to self-care and mindfulness. And as a busy mother of 4, I hope to promote the infusion of these healthy choices into parenting and family life.
